BDAC has received approval from both the Ontario Government and Athletics Ontario to return to practice! Over the past few weeks we have been introducing our active members back into group training while abiding by the new guidelines outlined by the National Back On track Task Force to ensure our athletes can practice as safely as possible.
We are now ready to add new registrants to both our Youth Program and our Development Program for the month of July 2020 (and potentially onward)! We have limited spots due to Ontario's group size limit of 10 (1 coach + 9 athletes), so register soon! If we have a large influx of potential registrants we will add more sessions.

Blue Devils Athletic Club places a significant focus on teaching proper running mechanics and technique. We emphasize the QUALITY of every session over the quantity of running volume. By improving running as a teachable skill, athletes will increase their efficiency and reduce their risk of running injuries, ultimately improving their SPEED across all distances. When we add HARD WORK to this equation, we create athletes with the capacity to achieve. Being a student-athlete is no easy feat. We help athletes develop tools for balancing both academics and extracurricular athletics through improving work-ethic, time-management skills, and consistent preparation.

Our Mission at Blue Devils Athletic Club is to build ATHLETES FOR LIFE. We follow LONG-TERM DEVELOPMENT protocols to allow young athletes to improve athletic abilities in multiple areas of track and field, ultimately creating well-rounded athletes. By placing an emphasis on many athletic abilities, and creating fun practice environments, we are able to minimize boredom and burn-out. Instead athletes achieve continued improvement and enjoyment of sport season after season, year after year, from our Littles Program all the way through our Development Program and on to our University athletes.

Elementary Athletes ages 4-6, if you can walk and talk you can run! Our Littles Program offers FUNdamental movement skills to the youngest of athletes in a fun and supportive environment!
Elementary Athletes ages 6-14, teaching young athletes the basics of running, training and competition! Our Youth Program offers FUNdamental movement skills, coaching the basic technical components to run, jump, and throw! We combine this with age-appropriate workouts to develop well-rounded athletes while having fun!
High School Athletes ages 14-18, coaching athletes to higher levels of performance. Our Development Program raises athlete performance to a competitive level, offering year-round programming, strength training, and event-specific workouts. We prepare our athletes for provincial and national competition, and to transition into the University and College racing scene!
Adult Run Program
Adult runners of any age and any level! Whether you are just beginning to hit the pavement, or are a seasoned road runner, we offer complete programming, race day support, and a fun community to train with for everything from 5km to 42km! Our focus on mobility and muscle activation, running mechanics, and interval training will have you feeling good running, achieving your goals and smashing old personal bests!
