Our Youth Program is run by our fun and enthusiastic coaches, geared toward teaching the basics of track and field training and competition to young emerging athletes. This program is welcome to all levels and abilities, and is a great introduction to running and club sport as a whole. We follow the Long Term Athletic Development (LTAD) Model, and place a significant focus on developing running technique, speed and aerobic fitness. We balance running-based workouts with fun and games, to keep young athletes engaged and having fun. Competition at this level is optional, but always encouraged. No matter your goals, this program will help young athletes develop running as a skill for all other sports and activities.

Costs
​Multi-Sport Membership
​Juniors (ages 7-10) $320+hst // Seniors (ages 11-14) $350+hst
Encompassing x1-2 practices per week attendance, for athletes looking to supplement their multi-sport involvement with quality track & field training. Or for young kids still deciding if track & field is something they really enjoy! These athletes are of course still welcome to compete.

Competitive Membership
Juniors (ages 7-10) $450+hst // Seniors (ages 11-14) $500+hst
Encompassing x3 practices per week, for athletes who really enjoy track and field as their primary sport and aim to attend competitions (although not required)!

Yearly Membership
Juniors (ages 7-10) $960+hst // Seniors (ages 11-14) $1,050+hst
Encompassing x3 practices per week for 3 consecutive seasons (i.e. Fall XC, Indoor, and Outdoor), this membership is for athletes who are committed to a full year of training!
Athletes are also required to reimburse the club for any meet registration fees throughout the season (ranging from $10-25/ event).
