Littles Program

Ages 4 - 6

If you can walk and talk. you can run.

The Blue Devils Athletic Club Littles Program is designed specifically for young athletes who are learning to move. We teach these young developing athletes the FUNdamentals of movement, focusing largely on providing a fun and interactive practice environment.

Every Friday the Littles Program will learn to run, jump, throw, and move! Each practice begins with running practice and a generalized full-body warm-up. The foundation of the program involves various age-appropriate exercises to teach the young athletes how to run, how to jump, how to throw, and ultimately how to coordinate and control their growing bodies. Many of these exercises are in a game-play format, keeping little athletes engaged. The practice concludes with a warm-down jog and stretch. The format of the practice mirrors that of our Junior & Senior Youth Program (and many other sports programs), building good habits for future athletic participation.
