Junior Youth Program

Ages 7 - 10

Our Junior Youth Program is run by fun and enthusiastic coaches, and aims to be a positive introduction to running and track & field, as well as club sport participation as a  whole. We follow the Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD) Model, by focusing on teaching the athletes the proper movement patterns of running, jumping, and throwing. In the Junior Youth Program, we balance running-based workouts to develop speed and aerobic endurance with fun and games, to keep young athletes engaged and having fun. Competition at this level is optional, but always encouraged. No matter your goals, this program will help young athletes develop running as a skill for all other sports and activities.

PRICING.

  • Yearly Membership $800 + HST

          (includes up to x3 practices / week for all 3 seasons)

OR

  • Seasonal Membership 

    • x1 practice / week $270 +HST​

    • x2 practices / week $360 +HST

    • x3 practices /week $450 +HST
